During a hiking trip in the Canadian Rockies, we came upon turquoise lakes that burst into a thousand bits of light under a blustery sky. I couldn't stop thinking that everything was dressed in sequins. This painting is 40x40, mixed media on canvas. It will be available through the Museum of Northern California Art from May 16-July 7.
