Clearing the Rim of the World

48x48

This large abstract landscape is full of movement. It has a birds eye perspective--a sense of soaring over the edge of a cliff or mountain range. It's title references a favorite poem by Richard Wilbur about a bird that is trapped in a room, and finally flies toward the open window, clearing the sill of the world. It can be purchased through the Jennifer Perlmutter Gallery in Lafayette.
